During this 30 minute call we will take some time to determine if we are a good match. My goal is to help you reach your optimal health goals with the confidence and tools necessary to sustain wellness long-term.

We’ll schedule an initial 90-minute session for a more in-depth exploration of your medical history, current health status, dietary and lifestyle. It's important for me to acquire as much information as possible so I can develop the best plan for you. You will leave this session with valuable tools and recommendations you can apply immediately. If you decide to move forward with a package, the cost of the intake is applied.

Next, we'll work together to identify your health goals and our strategy for achieving these. We'll work together to make sure these goals are attainable, sustainable, measurable, and will resonate with your lifestyle.

In order to meet these goals we'll conduct relevant comprehensive testing. This will help me assess deficiencies, imbalances, or food sensitivities that need to be addressed. You can read more about Functional Lab Testing here. Testing may not apply to all packages.

Once we have the test results, I'll interpret them and create a personalized nutritional protocol and relevant supplement recommendations just for you.

We’ll start off with a series of 7-9 thirty-minute coaching sessions depending on the package selected. Of course, if you need more support, we can schedule additional sessions.
