Quick and Accurate Functional Lab Testing
Functional lab tests are specific tests that allow for an in-depth look at a person’s overall health. We can use these tests to look for things like digestive issues, hormone imbalances, metabolic issues, thyroid problems and more. Using this method of testing allows us to accurately zero in on the root cause of your symptoms. It takes the guesswork out quickly and helps you get to the healing part of your journey.
Common Issues That I Can Target with Functional Lab Testing
Gut/Digestive Issues
Metabolic Issues
Nutrient Deficiencies
Thyroid Problems
Hormonal Imbalances
Food Allergies/Sensitivities
GI-MAP™ Test
(Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus)
A simple stool test that looks at the microbes in your gut. It identifies the health of your gut and any issues. From this, we can determine the best way to support your digestive system for optimal nutrient absorption and digestion.
MRT® Food Sensitivity Test
(Mediator Release Test)
This functional lab test is a blood test that looks at how you react to 140 different types of foods and 30 chemicals. Results show your reactivity in non-reactive, moderately reactive and highly reactive categories. From here, we can develop a specific diet that avoids foods that are most reactive for you.
DUTCH Test
This is the dried urine test for comprehensive hormones that looks at the sex and adrenal hormones along with their metabolites to identify hormonal imbalances.
Comprehensive Nutritional Blood Panel
A blood test that measures different types of nutrients and minerals found within your blood - and the levels of each. From the results, we can determine if you have any nutritional deficiencies and pinpoint any underlying issues causing them.

Hello, This is My Story …
I’m board certified in Holistic Nutrition and practice in the foothills of Golden, Colorado where I live as well. I’m also a wife and mother to two awesome boys. Motherhood has been the catalyst for my greatest self-growth and inspired me on my nutrition journey. I left a career as an Early Childhood Educator at one point after being called into the health realm. My extensive background in education, yoga, nutrition and counseling enables me to help other moms thrive so they can shepherd their families with confidence.
In addition to my family-centered background, I provide science-backed nutritional protocols based on functional lab testing, and practical, actionable strategies to quickly get to the root of challenging health issues.
